Ballina Fair Shopping Centre is a single level, small sub-regional shopping centre located in the coastal township of Ballina, Northern NSW.   The centre is the only fully enclosed, air-conditioned shopping centre in Ballina.   

Ballina Fair is anchored by Woolworths, Target and Best & Less and houses over 50 specialty stores and services, Ballina Fair Cinemas and an indoor heated pool and gymnasium.  Specialty stores at Ballina Fair include a strong representation of national retailers and services, all under the one roof.
